Email tasks as they come up or batch them weekly. I track time per task and keep you updated on hours remaining throughout the month.

I Ship, You Review

Work goes through a dev environment first, pushed live after your approval. You get a full task log and hour summary at month-end.

Common Questions

What counts as one hour of work?
Any Shopify dev task — theme edits, Liquid code, app integrations, bug fixes, speed work, or custom features. A 15-minute task is 0.25 hours. I log time honestly per task and send a full breakdown at month-end.
Do unused hours roll over to next month?
No — hours reset on the 1st of each month. This keeps billing clean and predictable. If you consistently don't use your full allocation, we can drop to a smaller plan.
How do I submit tasks?
Via email ([email protected]) or a shared Notion board, whichever you prefer. Priority goes to Growth and Scale clients but all plans get responses within the stated time.
What's the minimum commitment?
One month. Cancel or change plans any time before the next billing date — no contracts, no cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
You can downgrade at the next billing cycle. Upgrades can take effect immediately if you run out of hours mid-month and need a top-up — just let me know.
What if I need more than 30 hours?
We move to a custom plan. Book a free call and I'll put together a quote based on your actual roadmap — flat rate or a higher-hour retainer, whatever makes sense.
Do you work with Shopify Plus stores?
Yes. Script Editor, Flow customisations, B2B & wholesale setups, Checkout Extensibility, and multi-store management all fall within what I handle. Scale or Custom is the right fit for Plus stores.
